AACE would like to give a huge THANK YOU to the Trinity Church of Melbourne for collecting much needed school supplies.

We cannot believe our first school year is coming to a close. As our final outing for the year AACE students, parents, staff, and homeschool friends enjoyed a trip to the bowling alley. We have some very talented bowlers in our group and saw quite a few "Turkeys".

Anchor Academic Center of Excellence is offering our first summer camp for students with physical disabilities. Come join us for a fun-filled two weeks of Special Olympics activities. You do not need to be an AACE student to attend. Please feel free to email us with any questions or for more information. Space is limited and students must be registered by Friday, June 7th. We hope to see you at the opening ceremony!!

Join AACE and FCA All-Abilities on Saturday, June 29th for the first annual Candy 5k Fun Run & Walk at the Space Coast Field of Dreams. Sponsorship opportunities are available. We hope to see you there!

We hope you all enjoyed a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! From making cookies and ornaments to visits from Santa, our students had such an amazing December. Check out some of our most memorable moments.

AACE students and families enjoyed a great trip to the Pumpkin Patch at Church at Viera this week. Students enjoyed picking out pumpkins, crafts, and a fun picnic under the trees. Thank you so much to Barbara Heaps and Church at Viera for providing our students with such a fun experience!

AACE students and homeschool friends enjoyed an amazing field trip to Pizza Gallery and Grill this past week. Students got a full behind the scenes operational tour, education on equipment, and knowledge on safe food handling procedures. Students also had the opportunity to work with Pizza Galley chef's to create their own personal pizza. Thank you so much to Chris Conneen, Samantha Farquharson, and the Pizza Gallery and Grill team for providing our students with such a fun and educational experience!

AACE was excited to welcome Kailey Richard's for a interactive book reading. Kailey is currently a student at Florida Institute of Technology working on her PhD in Oceanography. In her spare time, Kailey enjoys using her illustrations to educate others about the importance of keeping our oceans and planet clean.
