DSA OFFICE REQUIREMENTS FOR MAY 2022 AND GRADUATING STUDENTS (2nd SEMESTER, A.Y. 2021-2022)

4. RECEIPT OF YEARBOOK PAYMENT and GRADUATION RING (if ordered)

*Graduating Students must secure a payment slip (for yearbook and college ring) from the DSA Office before the payment is done at the Business Office.
*Other requirements mentioned above are to be presented during the signing of clearance.

REMINDERS, QUOTATION AND FRAME OPTION | Hiraya Yearbook Pictorials

Please be guided by the quotation and reminders provided by the Red Lens-Official Photographer. Take time to read!

RE: Collection Policy

1. The Red Lens Studios will be responsible for collecting your payment for your package of choice.
2. Payment will be secured during the schedule of the photoshoot.
3. Final Schedule per College for Photoshoot will be posted.

RE: Health Protocols and Special Reminders

1. We are implementing strict safety protocol and we ask customers to understand. Since the pandemic began, we had zero community transmission of covid-19 cases related to our services due to careful safety compliance.
2. All hair and makeup preparation should be done before proceeding to our studio. No hair and makeup preparation will be allowed at all our facilities.
3. Wearing of face mask at all times even while waiting will be implemented (we recommend using KN95 for girls wearing lipstick). Customers will only be allowed to remove face masks during the photoshoot and a large mirror facing the customer will be provided for convenience.
4. Only one companion of the same household will be allowed to assist the customer. Companions should wear masks properly at all times.
5. We will provide alfresco (open-air) waiting areas for all our facilities. Customers are required to wear face masks even at our alfresco areas.
6. Alcohol stations are provided all over our facilities.
7. Togas provided by our studios and other rented outer garments are disinfected well before being used by other customers. Inner garments such as polos, inner shirts, dresses, "spaghetti straps", "tubes", etc. should be brought by the customer for personal use.
8. On-time scheduling. Booked customers who are late will have to wait at our alfresco waiting areas until a slot will be vacant for them (late charges apply for overtime requests).
9. Only one customer per studio at a time.
10. Additional dressing rooms will be provided at waiting areas for preparation.
11. Maintained air circulation equipment for fresh circulation in all areas of all facilities.
12. Maintained studio high-efficiency particulate absorbing air purifier with internal UV-c (hospital grade).
13. Photographers and studio assistants wear face masks properly.
14. Photo Review Approval with Large screen monitors for distanced viewing.
15. Temporary adjusted capacity for the month of September to October 2021, maximum daily bookings are 32 customers for Davao, 24 customers for CDO, 32 customers for Gensan.
16. Daily Capacity can still be increased with scheduled and coordinated bookings. We will provide personnel to make sure safety protocols are followed.
17. No loitering. We have instructed our personnel to politely ask customers to leave the facility immediately after.

Announcement | Tentative Schedule of Pictorials

The tentative schedule of pictorials will start on February 21, 2022. Please prepare your Filipiniana Glamour Attire (see the previous post) and inner clothing for toga (polo with necktie for boys and casual for girls).

The schedule will be finalized and updated once the official photographer has finished preparing the toga. Guidelines for Pictorials will be posted soon.

LAST SEM NALANG, GRAD READY KANA BA?

Hiraya (n.) means "the fruit of ones' dream". Like this Batch, we all dream to become successful in the future. We dream to be nurses, doctors, teachers, engineers, businessmen, and many more. After 4 long years of hardship, of burning the midnight oil, we have come to reach our Hiraya. But Hiraya does not mean the end, as we grab our diploma as a sign of triumph, we will still continue to dream for a better life, for a brighter future. With our Hiraya, it will let us see that we have reached our dreams but it does not mean we should stop dreaming. We will continue to soar high, and dream for a better future. This is just the beginning of more Hiraya stories to tell.
