Our fifth Insideology session was incredible.

@nickiwells took each of us to another dimension with her incomparable vocalizations.

Every note is drenched in mastery, wisdom, and authenticity, and she transported each of us into a spiritual musical dimension beyond space and time and moved many of us to tears.

@iamfreebird55 graced us with a powerful meditation for calming our inner child and gave us all tips on how to cultivate a healing relationship with our inner child, or our actual children, like her little beam of light, Justice.

Finally, @mitzyyogiwarrior gave us a very practical and effective yogic breathe technique called Nadhi Shodana, which is a simple everyday practice to help calm the mind and connect with the breathe and body.

Wow, our first four sessions have been such a ride!! Only two left!

So many awakenings, releases, and realizations we have shared, and it's hard to verbalize what a special,magical space we have created together with all the attendees and guests.

Organizing this event in a couple weeks as a duo was a massive undertaking, a pure leap of faith. We're learning so much from this entire process.

Seeing everyone feeling the love and collectivity from the safety of their homes is so affirmative that we are ON PURPOSE, and makes this beyond worth all the time, energy and love we've poured into it!!

In 2015, she founded Yellow Turtle Art Studio, a mobile studio, focusing on arts accessibility for all. She believes expression is fundamental to life enrichment, opportunity, and health. I was 19 in this photo ten years ago.

I had just discovered meditation and after seeing a glimpse of the powerful spiritual being that I am, I dived into it and didn't look back.

I found a new high, and I wanted to meditate everywhere, at any time, with everyone I could.

My friends, fraternity brothers, coworkers and classmates, strangers at bus stops, homeless folks, I mean, anyone I could talk to about meditation, I was sharing it.

Id invite people to be out in nature with me and try it, I'd invite them to my home, Id walk, bike, and kick push anywhere I could, even if it was a 3.5 hour bus ride to a seminar, I was going!


Because I knew that this was something so many people needed. Healing. Liberation. Spiritual awakening. I felt deep in my bones I needed to share this gift with everyone, so I did.

What filled my heart the most was witnessing the incredible transformations people had. Releasing deep emotions, feeling their own subtle spiritual instrument, or just having these major aha moments about life and being beside them through it all.

I have felt so at home doing this kind of work since I started, and I'm so excited to get back into it.

This is a simple but powerful meditation to help you connect with your body and your space and be centered in the present moment amidst all that is happening...

Card one (left) 4 of swords โš” - this is the time to put your mind to rest. Meditate, relax, breathe, give your mind a well deserved break. There is so much to process, but you may not be able to move in the right direction without taking a step back and allowing your awareness of the ins-n-outs to germinate. This is not the time to make decisions, but instead to create a safe space for you to allow your mind, body, and spirit to recover from the stress of all that seems to be in disarray, confusing, and confounding right now. If you're dealing with anxiety and overwhelm, it's time to unplug, find some silence and a safe space to just be with yourself.

Card two (center) The Sun โ˜€ reversed ๐Ÿ”€ - things that once seemed to be going great now seem to be shrowded in darkness. Your optimism, or enthusiasm for Smth may have just been flipped on its head due to uncertainty, obstacles, and/or circumstances outside of your control. There is so much you may be unsure of, second guessing yourself, feeling like there is no path in sight. This card calls on you to know that everywhere the sun shines, it also casts a shadow. Look towards your confusion, write, journal, express, share with others, anything to try and make sense of it. Let go of what you can't see, understand, or control, and instead focus on what you can.

Card three (right) 7 of pentacles โ›ค - you have worked really hard to see Smth come to a stage of fruition, but it is not complete. you've invested a lot of energy and now is the time to reflect. Look at the work you've and see what's been working and what hasn't. If you're feeling dissatisfied with your results, see where this dissatisfaction is coming from and try to lean in and learn from it. Maybe, it's time for you to take a step back and allow things to take their natural course. Have some patience and don't expect instant results!

Sometimes toxic positivity can make us feel like any and all stress is 'negative'. However stress is a natural response to things that we perceive as harmful or dangerous!

There is nothing wrong with feeling stressed! The question is: how do you cope with it? Overcome it? Transmute an obstacle into a superpower?

A lot of times we get stressed over things we can't yet understand fully, areas where we are missing details and information.

So, get detailed! Get clear! Maybe once you can see it with clarity you can see it from a more peaceful headspace and find a way to cope.

For my friends struggling with a lot of stress right now, try this journal prompt out!! ๐Ÿ“ฃCHALLENGE : Set a timer for 5 to 10 minutes and write freely working on the main prompt. After the timer beeps, on the next line start answering the next Clarifying or Reframe question for another 5 to 10 minutes. Repeat for all of the questions, or whatever feels right to you!

If youre dealing with uncertainty,
Here are some affirmations to practice everyday.

They won't make things magically get better but the purpose is to drown out the negative and stressful noise with noise of a higher vibration!

Personally, there is so much uncertainty in my life. My job has been closed since January and now I may have to leave Vietnam because I'm out of the funds to stay.

Everyday there are new updates that make the stiatuion more complicated. So I have to keep figuring things out while also keeping my mindset right.

It isn't always easy, but it is so necessary. When I'm doing this everyday, I feel like there is a lot to process, but I also feel an overwhelming sense of calm.

Calm is poweful in the face of massive change.

What should you focus on during this social distancing period?

Card 1 (far left)- accepting challenges--to say this is a challenging time would be the understatement of the year. Everyone is experiencing challenge after challenge now. You may find you're putting out one fire only to see five more arise. As we collectively meet the challenges of this global societal lockdown, spirit asks if you're willing to accept the challenges? Look towards them, rise to meet them, and open yourself to the potential outcome that might unfold as you do. It's likely the universe is only pushing you to make the changes you've needed for a long time, and testing your grit to do it. Transformation is challenge, and you've got this!

Card 2 (middle) - Concealed Power - It's like you've been so busy with being busy and meeting life's responsibilities that you've concealed so much of your potential just to be able to "make things work". This period is helping you to uncover what you may be suppressing, consciously or otherwise, by continuing to distract yourself with duties, socializing, and noise. If you are feeling frustrated or overpowered by the abrupt changes to your day to day life, you're being called to take back your power! After all, power is sometimes just a mindset. Look to the ways in which you are empowered by these circumstances and remember that your mind and reactions are poweful too

Card 3 (right) Silence the mind- STOP READING ARTICLES. STOP PERUSING FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM POSTS. Stop questioning and overthinking, worrying, and stressing about everything happening. It is not serving you. There is so much up in the air and if you try to understand it all you'll exhaust your self. Take a deep breath, remember that this time to be with yourself or your family is a rare gift! Take advantage of the silence that now literally envelopes our world and tap into it! Silence is truly golden.
