Welcome back!! We just wanted to briefly interrupt your holidays with a short and exciting event!

We are partnering with Biosoc for their "Medicine through the Arts" event!
If you have a hidden talent and can draw/sculpt/DIY then this is your chance to shine!

Simply email Biosoc with a description of what you plan to submit (according to their main theme: Medicine and the Environment) by the 6th of January and enter their competition (to win a Med ball Ticket!!!) ALSO Stand the chance to win our draw for a Honey Truffle gift card, if you make your piece anatomy-themed and send us a screenshot of your submission description!

The event will be hosted at Royal Hibernian Academy (RHA Gallery) on the 24th of January 2020.

Reading week is almost over which means >> Head & Neck Formative Assessment is around the corner!

We will be having our First Year 2 Tutorial NEXT Thursday 31st at TBSI (B2.72/73/74) from 18:30-19:30. If you have any questions or need a little guidance on how to focus your study in the last few days before the assessment come to the tutorial and we will help you out.

Third-year tutors will lead this session and will be available for questions afterwards should you have any.

WEEK 4 is around the corner which means you should be due to have your first spotter next week. Do not fret, we are here to guide you through it!

We will be having our first tutorial THIS Wednesday at TBSI (B2.72) from 17:00-18:00. If you have any questions or need a little guidance on how to focus your study for the next few days, come to the tutorial and we will help you out.

The tutorial will be divided into three parts: (1) Warm-up speed interactive questions, (2) What to expect (3) Study tips and tricks/questions.

Thank you for signing up today! For those of you who didn’t, you can still find us tomorrow in the KEA at 13:00-14:00! You will get a confirmation email tomorrow.

Inauguration will take place Wednesday:
1st years 17:00-17:50
2nd years 18:00-18:50

A brief introduction will be given by Mrs Siobhan Ward, followed by short talks from our team of tutors on the general structure of the course (including some tips!). Feel free to ask them any questions you may have over some cheese and wine which will be served following the inauguration talk.

*Please be punctual and don't bring bulky bags. You will all be sitting in the old theater itself so let's try to take care of it and be mindful of the time slot we have been given.
