Beethoven Gladiator Band

Out of more than 25,000 students who participated in the Texas State Solo & Ensemble Contest, fewer than 2% earned the distinguished title of UIL Outstanding Performer one of the highest honors awarded to high school musicians in the state of Texas. This exceptional achievement is a testament to their talent, dedication and excellence in performance. Recipients of this prestigious distinction will be awarded the UIL State Champion Medal in recognition of their outstanding accomplishment.

A huge congratulations to this remarkable young man—Alan Sanchez! He has been on fire this year, and what an incredible way to close out the season for our Gladiator Band Program! Vanguard Academy proudly celebrates its very first UIL State Outstanding Performer. We are beyond proud of Alan and his achievements. Way to continue setting the standard for excellence in our band program

Congratulations to our 7th Grade and 8th grade Symphony Orchestras on earning a Sweepstakes!! This was the very first time we put two MS Symphonies on stage and both groups earned a Sweepstakes!! Our kiddos continue making History!! 💚💚💙💙

What a way to overcome all adversity these past few days and making a huge push and adapting to all the changes from Pre UIL to today!! They had a beautiful performance and our Kiddos earned a Sweepstakes!!!! 💚🏆💙

Just amazing! Congratulations to our Gladiator Honor Band for receiving a Sweepstakes Award! this was the first year splitting the middle school program and both our Non Varsity and Varsity groups received Division 1’s from every single judge!!

God is so good! He deserves all the honor and glory!
