I missed this event last year due to travel but I’m HERE FOR .games this year and to help celebrate me turning half a century (YES, you read that right)….wait for it….I’LL BE PLAYING!!!

This is my favourite tournament of the year. Since the pandemic it’s been shelved and I’m so honoured to be helping the amazing th*****me of women behind the scenes that have been putting this on for the last 2 decades.

If you love volleyball, want to help end domestic violence, support women and have an incredible day with even better people then get your team together!

All proceeds donated to the Canadian Womens Foundation. Tax receipts given.

Over 20 years of training experience, he’s an accomplished MAT Rx practitioner and RTS Master. (This means he knows a boat load about the body, movement, mechanics and how to get the most out of it!)
