Melissa Dominguez is a future secondary education teacher, let's see how she plans on incorporating game development in her classroom.

“There were so many things I learned from this workshop. The whole video game process is something that can be incorporated to make science fun for students. In science there is so many different ways it can be incorporated. Students can design their own characters from cells and give them a mission, they can also do marketing on the integumentary system and state why that system is the best, students can even use the unity software to build molecules. There are endless possibilities that I plan to be incorporating in my future classroom thanks to this workshop.”

Those are some awesome ideas Ms. Dominguez! Can't wait to see you in the classroom!

Michelle Ramirez is a future secondary education science teacher, let's see how she plans on incorporating game development in her science classroom.

"Things like animation, foley, and even marketing might be fun for the students to play with. Maybe with a future lesson plan I can have the students create their own viruses and market a cure for it. That way they learn about viruses and apply aspects of video games. It will take some looking around into but I’m excited to see what I can use in the classroom.."

Those are some awesome ideas Ms. Ramirez! Can't wait to see you in the classroom!

Eduardo Moreno is a future secondary education science teacher, let's see how he plans on incorporating game development in his science classroom.

"I really appreciated the fact that we could utilizing cross curricular skills into our lessons I plan to have students be able to utilizing writing in a fun way by making story boards, or even scripts with the curriculum. I know that science has a lot of technical terms but having my students in the future have the ability to use their imagination in class to explain difficult topics should be lots of fun. I want to teach my future students about making 3-D models and utilize unity to have them build molecules or ecosystems in a biology class ! I could even see myself teaching students about 3D design within chemistry like when studying the topic of Lewis structure."

Those are some awesome ideas Mr. Moreno! Can't wait to see you in the classroom!
