Mercy loves space and both the girls love Emily Calandrelli. She’s a great role model for our kiddos. I also loved seeing a strong, smart, brave woman represent my home state.

Celebrating our official day with lessons at the local cat cafe’. I have found that the quiet setting and dim lighting makes for a great learning environment. Oh, and snacks and coffee never hurt. ☕️🥐🥯

My kids are super resistant to using their fingers when identifying vowels and dividing syllables. We made these kitty cat paws to help with syllable division, and they have been a hit. Anything to make decoding more fun.
