One of the best investments so far into the bbq trailer is adding LED bars all the way around to give more of a lighted area as we cook.

Some places we go to doesnt have shore power or lighted areas and its boondocking, so having this feature really helps out on early morning cooks!

The Ribpublicans BBQ Team fought through a monsoon all day at the Hasan Shrine BBQ Comp.

We lost a tent to the weather but gained a new one in the process….couldnt have made it without shelter.

Even for horrendous weather, we still managed to pull:

3rd in Butts 🐷
4th in Ribs 🐷

Nah, it ain't no BBQ, but it's definitely a Sunday funday plate champion!

Worked on cleaning up our trailer today and decided to change it up: from a pork sunday to a smoked wings sunday.

Running that championship wing recipe to make sure our recipe and times are on point!

Letting that late sunset cast over and compliment that wing sauce! 👀

We are making sure we are firing on all cylinders for our next comp May 17th.
