This is a fun one and will burn you out in a good way!

I used a 35 lbs weighted vest, but it's optional.

Set up a space about 10 yards apart.

10X

-sprawl
-shadow boxing combos
- sprawl

Start in the center and then lateral footwork to the far right, far left, far right, back to center.

5x KB squat to overhead press

Finish w a quick run

⚠️Remember, I was filming myself here. This wasn't my intensity for the entire workout!!!

Have fun w it and do as many sets as you can!
