Fitcare Director John paid a visit to Queens Manor care home on Christmas Day to delivery presents to over 40 residents across the site,

We know this time of year even for elderly in care can be a lonely time, so even the smallest of gifts and a friendly face can be a very special moment for them,

And just like that we close our doors for the festivities! I am so incredibly proud of my team this year delivering incredible services to elderly and adults with disabilities across Scotland! Here are some facts just to showcase the effort and impact made from the team here at FitCare Scotland,

in 2024 we delivered....

2,289 classes, that's 91,560 minutes of fitness provided to over 750+ Residents per week in 60+ Sites across Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and next year we will do even more!
