GRACE AND GLITZ became the icing of this culture-oriented dance of Cabanaetan National High School (CNHS).

The INGENIOUS CREATIVITY of the costumes and props leans on the back of the imaginative members of the Cabanaetanian community.

It may not be their time to win the title and the cash prize, but WINNING THE HEARTS AND NODS OF MABINIANS is far more fulfilling and satisfying.

The PRICELESS MOMENT they shared to stage such gagging performance is another win that gelled their sense of camaraderie and brotherhood as Cabanaetanians.

Fair enough to say that LOSING could be the NEW WINNING.

JOHN MARK T. BONZO, a Grade 12 student of Cabanaetan National High School (CNHS) is the CHAMPION of the Regional Poster-Slogan Making Contest in celebration of this year's National Statistics Month.

The winning artist outshined all the student-artists from the different provinces in Region 1 who participated the said event.

Bonzo is under the tutelage of his artist-coach MR. ROLDAN C. DELA ROSA.

Nakatapos Siya ng kursong Bachelor of Science in Nursing sa Lyceum Northwestern University taong 2008. Kasalukuyan din niyang tinatapos ang kanyang Master's Degree sa Pangasinan State University, Alaminos City Campus.
Taong 2014 nang nagsimula siyang magturo sa Riverview High School, isang pribadong paaralan sa bayan ng Mabini, Pangasinan at nakapag laan doon ng dalawang taon ng pagtuturo. Kasunod nito ay nabigyan siya ng pagkakataong makapasok at makapagturo sa pampublikong paaralan gaya ng Mataas na Paaralan ng Cabanaetan kung saan siya ay kasalukuyang nagtuturo.
Siya rin ang pinagkatiwalaan upang maging GSP Troop Leader sa paaralang kasalukuyan niyang pinagtuturuan. Naka miyembro rin siya sa organisasyon ng Philippine Nurses Association.

Natapos din niya ang kanyang Master in Arts Education Major in Education Leadership sa University of Pangasinan noong taong 2018.

Nakamit niya ang ikatlong pwesto at ika siyam na pwesto sa pang Dibisyong Science Olympics noong taong 2013-2014.Minsang napabilang sa Rehiyonal na Pagsasanay noong taong 2018.

Nakaranas ng kahirapan at kakulangan sa oras para sa mga modyul ng estudyante noong taong 2020-2022.

Siya ay Tagapangasiwa sa National Science Club Month. Nakapagturo siya sa Science Olympics at Palarong Table Tennis.

Kasalukuyan siyang nagtuturo sa Cabanaetan National High School. Nakapagturo din siya sa Shekinah Grace School (2017-2020) at sa Calzada Elementary School (November 2, 2021-December 9, 2021).

Ang kanyang mga hinahawakang curricular and co-curricular programs ay ang Homeroom Guidance at Career Guidance Program.

Sa kanyang angking kagalingan sa pagsulat ay naging School Paper Adviser (SPA) siya. Nakapagturo din siya sa chess at maging sa mga musical instruments. Mahusay siya sa paggamit ng gitara at keyboard kung kaya‘t ito ang kanyang pangunahing itinuro. Marunong din siya sa vocal at drums kung kaya‘t ipinamamahagi rin niya ang kanyang kaalaman sa kanyang mga estudyante.

Sa pagsali sa iba‘t- ibang programa patungkol sa pagbibigay serbisyo sa komunidad ay naging bahagi siya sa Spiritual Awakening at Tree planting.

At ang panghuli ay ang kanyang mga membership sa Career Guidance Program, Homeroom Guidance Program at Guidance Counselor Designate.

Noong taong 2017 hanggang 2021 ay naging tagapayo siya ng ika-10 baitang. Maliban dito, siya ay nakagawa rin ng serbisyo para sa ating komunidad. Ito ay ang serbisyo sa AFP o Armed Forces of the Philippines at Pangasinan Sniper Kings (PSK).

Stages of Information Literacy

1. Identifying/Recognizing Information
My topic is all about the experiences of teachers at Cabanaetan National High School in their advisory class. The topic is to share what are the efforts that they provide so that my classmates (Grade 12 students) could give deeper appreciation and love to them.

2. Determining the Source of Information.
The sources of information will be from the teacher-advisers because they are having experiences that we didn't have in our life. I choose them because I want the information to be true and fresh as it is their own personal account.

3. Citing or Searching for Information
I collect the data from Sir Romy Necesito who has the small number of students.Next is Ma'am Karen Joy Mamaril who has the bigger number of students than Sir Romy. The last one is Sir Roldan Dela Rosa who has the largest number of learners. Every teacher has different experiences so I need to ask the three teachers for comparison and differences.

4. Analyzing and Evaluating the Quality of Information.
As they share their experiences, I just only present the practical and relevant information regarding their teaching career as advisers because I don't want to waste the time of my readers in acquiring information that are not part of my topic.

5. Organizing, Sorting or Archiving Information
As I said in number three, I start the information from the lowest to highest number of learners. This is to know the different and similar experiences of each teacher by using the compare and contrast method.

6. Using Information in an Ethical, Efficient, and Effective Way
I use the words that will be student- friendly from the gathered information so that my teacher interviewees' personal account is presented in a polite way as well to make the information well-ordered.

7. Creating and communicating new knowledge.
I use social media platform called Facebook to share the information needed because most of my classmates are engaged in Facebook.

A little lucky is the former because it has the gift to evaluate the juice of the information pertaining its credibility and reliability.

A huge risk awaits the latter if the flavor of the information is poison and fake-laden.

As an advocate of truth, it is also our responsibility as bearer of information to detest cajoled and twisted substance before it reaches our audience.

A way to embrace it is to follow the stages of information literacy. These are as follows:

'Yung nag-effort kang mag-drawing pero hindi mo alam isingit sa part ng kwentong gagawin?

That is the SCRIBBLE DRAWING STORYLINE. Students were asked to draw something they like. After that, they were grouped to create a story by connecting an event based from their drawing.

That activity cracked the campy and hilarious side of their personality.

TIPS: Do not rehearse the sequence of your story prior to your presentation. It is better to make it spontaneous to invite thrill and enjoyment as you relay your on-the-spot drawing-based story.
