It’s been a while. I’m here, I’m surviving, but I’ve not had time to create new content. I’d like to wish you all a happy holidays, and share with you a donation-based event from InsightLA on 12/24 this year that you may find pleasant and peaceful.
Many blessings and warm ethereal hugs my friends ✨❤️

“When the mind takes a break for even a few seconds, a kind of relaxed awareness replaces the usual stream of thoughts. We need to allow this and not fill this space with anything else; just let it be ...
You may experience this as relaxation or peacefulness, but don’t try to force this or to name it. Just let yourself be at ease. You can extend this meditative state for as long as you wish, maybe returning a couple of times to the sensation and immediate awareness that first arose as you dissolved into emptiness. But don’t become heavy-handed about it; just rest in a relaxed state, and finish when your mind moves to something else.
Although in a sense there’s ‘nothing happening,’ in fact this fifth step is the most important moment in the process of feeding your demons.”

Hi friends! It’s been a little while and I just wanted to drop a line to send a little light of encouragement. No matter how challenging the dark times are, the sun will eventually rise again. Remember that every other day, this has been true. Have faith that it’s coming soon. ✨
Drive a little slower, smile even in a mask at a neighbor, and breathe through your nose!

"Children today are faced with an unprecedented amount of stress and anxiety—25% of 13- to 18-year-olds will experience an anxiety disorder according to the National Institutes of Mental Health."
This article is from 2017…
Most folks agree: the amount of stress and anxiety children are experiencing in 2020 has increased. It’s visible on their faces, in their actions, and in their words. They miss “normal” school and socializing. We all do.
The silver lining is that in today’s hyper-connected world, mindfulness is everywhere! Apps, YouTube videos, and even some school districts are providing necessary mindful breaks for your children. With a movement into virtual spaces, we need mindfulness now more than ever!
Soon I will be launching virtual learning spaces for children ages 3 and up. All classes will be donation-based, and no family will ever be turned away for lack of funds.
