Two English phrases: 'I can't help it' and 'you get to me:

To not be able to help it/something means you cannot control it or stop it. For example: I can't help the weather. I want it to be sunny, but it's raining.

If something gets to you, it normally means it is annoying or something you don't like. But in this context the singer is saying that she has strong feelings for the other person without being able to control those feelings.
