Do you have tight shoulders? If so, this tutorial is for you 💛
I’m not sure if it’s being on my computer more these days or being super tense on the back of a Grab bike in the city (if you’ve ever been on the back of a bike in Bangkok, you know what I’m talking about) but I find my shoulders super tight these days.
So I’ve been focusing on these few postures to help with tension and just helping with my mobility
🌿 Windmill Arms in table top position
🌿 Eagle Arms
🌿 Shoulder Flossing with a strap
🌿 Cow Face Arms (you can also use a strap for this)
🌿 Threading the Needle
🌿 Half Cactus (sometimes it’s called broken wing 😕 but I thought half cactus sounds nicer lol)

I’ve had the privilege of getting to live on the beautiful island of Koh Pha-ngan the last 7 months, living my truth, and getting to share my love and passion for yoga 💛
I’ve been wanting to find a way to express my gratitude to the island and when I visited it became clear. Seeing the amazing humans who so generously donate their time and energy to help our furry friends, it was so inspiring!
The hospital runs entirely on donation, so I’ve decided to put on a Karma Yoga class where all the proceeds of the class will go directly back to
In addition to my Fun Flowy Vinyasa class I’ll be leading, there will be a soul soothing sound bath led by the amazing
And to make this whole experience even more special, some of the wonderful humans here in Thailand I’ve been fortunate enough to connect with have been super generous and donated prizes to be raffled off at the end of class.
