28 April 2024 - In view of the latest heat index forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) and the announcement of a nationwide transport strike, all public schools nationwide shall implement ASYNCHRONOUS CLASSES/DISTANCE LEARNING on April 29 and 30, 2024.

Likewise, teaching and non-teaching personnel in all public schools shall not be required to report to their respective stations.

However, activities organized by Regional and Schools Division Offices, such as Regional Athletic Association Meets and other division or school level programs, to be conducted on the aforementioned dates may push through as scheduled, provided that measures for the safety of all participants have been carefully considered.

Finally, private schools shall not be covered by this advisory but shall have the option to implement the same.

Yesterday marked a significant milestone as Kiling National High School commemorated its 31st Founding Anniversary.

There were games and various competitions that brought laughter and excitement to all Kilingians. From traditional favorites like Pinoy Henyo, Kadang Race, Banner Raising, and Quiz Bee, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

One of the highlights of the day was the playground demonstration that showcased the diverse talents and skills of Kilingians.

But beyond the games and playground demonstration, what truly made our Foundation Day extra special was the Boodle Fight and Disco. It was evident in the smiles and the laughter shared by the students, teachers as well as the faculty and staff of KNHS.

So, as we reflect on the memories created, let us carry the spirit of our Foundation Day forward. Let it serve as a reminder of what we can achieve when we come together as a community.

The government has declared April 21, 2023, Friday, as a regular holiday throughout the country in observance of Eid'l Fitr, which is also known as the Feast of Ramadhan. This declaration was made in accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 201 s.2023, which aims to honor and respect the significant religious observance of the Muslim community in the country.

Kiling National High School celebrated its Cultural and 30th Founding Anniversary Day yesterday, March 24, 2023. Despite facing a few obstacles, the organizers pulled off a remarkable event that was both enjoyable and memorable for everyone involved.

The event was a testament to the rich cultural heritage of the school and its founding principles. The SSG Officers and MAPEH Department worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the event was perfect, from the decorations to the program flow.

The students and the teachers were the life of the celebration, participating in various activities that showcased their talents and creativity. There were dancing performances, traditional games, and cultural presentations that highlighted the diverse cultural backgrounds of the school's students.

Despite some minor setbacks, such as a power outage that delayed the program, the organizers remained calm and resourceful, and the event went on smoothly.
