December 8 is the last day of ACE for the fall semester. ACE will resume on January 8, 2024.

As a reminder, we will not have Friday programming this Friday , November 17. Programming will resume on Monday, November 27. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving break!

Pewitt CISD Message: Brahma Family,

We are having transformer issues and will need to turn off electricity in order to fix the problem. We cannot stay at the school without electricity because of the extreme heat. We will be dismissing at 11:30. I apologize for the sudden notice; however, it was unexpected and cannot be helped. Buses will leave the school at 11:30.

ACE starts Monday, August 14! ACE is open to students PK-8th grade. Enrollment forms can be found on the Pewitt website or you can get one from your child’s teacher. Get them turned in ASAP!!

It’s that time!! 🎉🎉 If you would like your child to attend ACE this year, please make sure you get them registered! Registration forms can be found on the Pewitt website (Menu-ACE registration & info). Forms will also be available at Meet the Teacher on August 3. The first day of ACE is August 14.

Today we celebrated our last day of ACE summer camp! I hope the kids have enjoyed it as much as we have! Enjoy what’s left of your summer break!

Week 4 🤩 We made butter 🧈, participated in milking a cow 🤪 and had a visit from Dora herself 🐄! Thank you to Aaron Sanders from Southwest Dairy Farmers for coming out and presenting information about dairy cows to our students. We enjoyed it!

We had the BEST time today at the Little Country Greenhouse and park in New Boston! We got to walk thru the butterfly cottage, pot our own plant, and eat ice cream! Enjoy the photo dump of today’s adventure!

Week 3 ✅

We did some gardening this week. We ended the week at Busy B Ranch in Jefferson. If you haven’t been, go check them out!

Enjoy the photo dump of week 2! Oh, what fun we have had! 🤩 We learned how to make water bottles using the cricut, we fished, learned how to set up a tent, cooked hot dogs, s’mores and so much more! Our friends at Daingerfield State Park shared some awesome things with our kids! We appreciate them so much!

Summer camp kicked off last week! I’d say it was a success!! 🤩

Today, May 11, is the last day of ACE. THANK YOU for sharing your kiddos with us! We have enjoyed them! ACE registration for 2023-24 coming soon!

Howdy! For this month’s family night, we are planning an ACE day-of-play! We will have lots of games, activities, and cool snacks for you to enjoy! Drop by anytime on Monday, April 24, between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. We will be outside on the lawn by the front doors.

“You Make My Heart RACE” Valentine’s Day activity 💞

For this month’s family night, we are planning a Valentine’s Day Make-and-Take Pizza Party! We will have ingredients for you and your ACE student(s) to make a heart-shaped pizza together. Stop by anytime between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM on Monday, February 13, to make one, take it home, pop it in the oven, and enjoy it as a family! We hope to see you there! 💌 **For ACE students to be able to participate, a parent/guardian must also participate!
