Giving people actionable and practical information to spec themselves into the life they want.


Pick a daily activity and focus all of your attention on doing that task to get rid of constant talking in your head. Inspo: Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle


Celebrate the small wins that are attached to your goals while you are working toward them.


If you feel as though you need help staying committed to something then find a welcoming community on Facebook.
Introduce yourself to the community.
Afterward, create a declaration(I will do something for x amount of days.)
This allows you the ability to do what you say you are going to do.


When your reality and your expectations meet that is when you can enter into a state of flow.


Forgive Yourself
I have learned this from one of my mentors

By telling yourself: I did the best I could with what I knew and what was at the time.
-Give yourself a hug.
-Tell yourself: I am better than this. I am awesome.


Don't get discouraged when you relapse. This is a part of the process of finding out what don't know that you don't know. You will then know what you don't know. Write down all your triggers. Doing this will create awareness of your triggers. When you know what they are then it gives you the opportunity to avoid that trap in the future.
