Dear Parent/Guardian,
Good morning Sir/Ma, we wish to inform you to please help us to remind our Students in the senior secondary of the proposed general physics practical that would be taking place today from SS1 to SS3.

*Topic: Verification of Hooks law.*

The students are expected to come with their lab coat and nose mask 😷, as they won't be allowed into the laboratory without it.

Our leaders in Step. Discipline (Aliyu) from the left, Senior Prefect (Leah) in the Middle and Steps Social ( Precious) at the right. Though all still regarded as junior prefect but acting in place of the superiors, they might also be reinstalled next term if they re-apply and are found worth to handle the offices, but at the present, they're doing well.

Yessssss, the only girls in the senior section that understand what Friday is meant for, although Leah has been a step scholar from her Nursery School, Rachel joined last session in Ss1 but adapted so quick as seem to play a crucial role when it comes to anything cultural since she joined us. Both are in Ss2.

Our Cultural models in Step school since their Pry level till now, they're in Jss2, the girl *Maridiyat* has always been used as queen of the Yorubas during Speech and prize day, and also yellow house queen in the previous inter house sports, like the boy *Isiyaku* also, as nupe king and Red house king, they're know for dressing the best in their cultural attire.

We decided to have a photo shoot of our pupils and students that were best dressed in their cultural attire in each classes and display them on our social media handles as the *Face of the week* for memorial sake and we intend to be doing it once in a while.

Our motto is *"Bridging the Gap"*, and that's what we aim at achieving in the life of our pupils and students, in order to *develop men and women that will be functional to themselves and the society* in which they're. We're here to bridge🌉 both the gap in the academic, social and cultural life of our wards, in respect to that, we decided to set aside a day for our wards to display their cultural heritage in their dressing👗, that's why we made Friday, a dress free day, so that our wards will be able to dress in their cultural attire. Therefore, we urge our parents to always encourage their wards and assist them to dress in a way that would portray patriotism to their culture.
As the saying goes, *you are addressed the way you are dressed.*

We wish to inform you that our 1st C.A test which was postponed, will now be starting tomorrow, Monday 16th October, 2023. And it would be written only by those who have paid their school fees, therefore there's going to be a 100% school fee drive tomorrow.

We wish to inform you that there's going to be a 100% school fee drive tomorrow, Monday 9th Oct, 2023.
We also wish to inform you that we would be starting our 1st C.A test this week, and it would be written only by those who have paid their school fees.

The weekly inter class quiz competition for this term kicked off today, as we had the Jss2 students to take on the Jss3 students for the term opening on subjects like: *Maths, English, Basic Science*.
The Jss2 students had an outstanding performance in Mathematics as they were leading their seniors with about 9 points, but the Jss3 had upper hands in English and basic science and were able to narrowly defeat their juniors at the end of the competition.

Today on Physics, me and my good little friends in SS1 did an introductory and Visual display of the *common physics Laboratory Apparatus*
The Apparatus on display included:
1. The Calliper (Vernier calliper)
2. The rule📏
3. The volumetric flask
4. The measuring cylinder
5. The Stop clock⏰
6. The stop watch⌚
7. The Retort stand and pole💈
8. The Retort clamp
9. The string and pendulum ball.
These are the common one's they need to know at their level we have so many of them available.
We also discussed the uses and how they're been handled.

Dear Parent/Guardian,
We wish to inform you that there will not be school tomorrow, as it has been declared public holiday by the federal government to mark the country's 63rd independence day celebration. We will be resuming back on Tuesday 3rd Oct, 2023.
We also want to inform you that there will be school fee drive for those still owing for last term and person's that haven't made any commitment this term as well. Going by the P. T. A Aggrement that say's that school fee drive should begin immediately after 2 weeks of resumption.

Also, according to programs on our academic calendar for the session, we wish to remind you that our annual speech and prize giving day/graduation🎓 ceremony will be coming up on Wednesday 9th - August, 2023. And the program is scheduled to hold as follows:
Date: Wednesday 9th - August, 2023.
Time: 9:00am prompt
Venue: The school permanent site.
Payments for the graduation gowns are stated below:
Nursery 3: #300
Primary 6: #300
Jss 3: #500 only.
Note: payments for the gowns are made on the day of the occasion with the graduates on stage, as it have been our tradition.
