10 week transformation complete!

Started at 73kg ended at 82 kg. Almost 1.5 Stone gained in mostly lean muscle mass since losing so much running the coast to coast.
BROKEN BODY REBUILT ✅

I am now the biggest and strongest I've ever been. Proving anything is possible!

Squat depth

Are you squatting deep enough?
Squatting deeper requires your muscles to work harder.
Squats heavily work your quads however calves, hamstrings and glutes are activated more when you do this. When you squat to full depth, your muscles are stretched further and are better activated than if you were to just perform a 90 degree half squat.

Leeds friends!
I am now also set up at the leeds beckett campus gym in headingley. It boasts great facilities with a main gym and seperate strength and conditioning room. You don't have to be a student so everyone is welcome!

Meet Grace !
Since joining in July Grace has managed to lose a whopping 1.5 stone! With 3 inches also coming off her hips!
Having had no experience lifting weights before she's also managed to build up some serious strength deadlifting 110kg and leg pressing 3 rounds of 10 reps at 150kg 💪
Amazing progress!!!

Grace found it difficult to begin with and hated every element of going to the gym. But then there was a flick of switch! She started making progress and her mind set completely changed! She now buzzes off going to the gym and the sky really is the limit with her progress. She still has a little bit to go to reach her target weight. Then we can start really sculpting her figure! As a results driven coach she really is a dream client who listens to every bit of advice I give her and she has a real drive to succeed! A round of a applause if you will! 👏
