To regulate lactic acid levels using natural methods, here are some herbal remedies that may help:

1. Fermented Foods: Fermented foods, when fermented by lactic acid bacteria, produce lactic acid. Including fermented foods like yogurt, pickles, kefir, and kombucha in your daily diet can support gut health and help maintain balanced lactic acid levels.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple cider vinegar has natural acidic properties and can promote lactic acid production. You can add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and consume this mixture a few times a day. However, it's important to consult your doctor before using apple cider vinegar.

3. Probiotic Supplements: Probiotic supplements contain beneficial bacteria that help balance gut flora. Just like in pigeons, there are probiotic supplements available for humans as well. Probiotic supplements can improve gut health and assist in balancing lactic acid levels.

4. Fermented Herbal Teas: Fermented herbal teas, particularly kombucha, provide an ideal environment for lactic acid production. You can obtain these teas from natural product stores or make them at home. However, it's important to learn the proper preparation methods and recommended consumption amounts before consuming herbal teas.

5. High-Fiber Foods: High-fiber foods support gut health and regulate the digestive system. Fiber-rich foods help the healthy functioning of the gut flora and contribute to balancing lactic acid levels. You can include whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and legumes in your diet.

These herbal solutions can assist in naturally balancing lactic acid levels. However, if you have concerns about your health or if you have an existing medical condition, it's important to consult a healthcare professional before implementing these remedies.

Here are some recommendations for racing pigeon breeders:

1. Proper Nutrition: Provide your racing pigeons with a well-balanced diet that meets their nutritional needs. Include high-quality pigeon feed that is specifically formulated for racing pigeons. This feed should contain a balance of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals. Additionally, consider adding supplements such as grit, minerals, and vitamins to support their overall health and performance.

2. Hydration: Ensure that your racing pigeons have access to clean and fresh water at all times. Hydration is crucial for their overall well-being and performance. Monitor water quality and cleanliness regularly to prevent any potential health issues.

3. Regular Exercise: Regular exercise is essential for racing pigeons to build endurance and maintain good physical condition. Provide them with ample opportunities to fly and exercise, either through free loft flying or training sessions. Gradually increase the duration and intensity of training to help them develop strength and stamina.

4. Loft Management: Maintain a clean and well-ventilated loft environment for your racing pigeons. Regularly clean the loft, remove droppings, and ensure proper ventilation to prevent the buildup of harmful bacteria and ammonia. Adequate loft space is also important to avoid overcrowding, which can lead to stress and the spread of diseases.

5. Health Monitoring: Monitor the health of your racing pigeons closely. Regularly inspect them for signs of illness or injury, such as changes in behavior, droppings, feathers, or weight loss. Establish a relationship with a veterinarian experienced in avian health to

Belkide bu senenin şampiyonlarına bakıyorumdur. Kim bilir

When pigeons are a few months old, the first problems often come. They sit fat, eat little and do not fly, while under normal circumstances they should be lively and eager to fly.
That flying is good. It promotes appetite and will develop the muscles, lungs and other organs that are important for the development into full-fledged racing pigeons. Some worry when their young are in this kind of crisis and wonder if they have bred a bunch of lazybones that will soon be unable to win prize. You don't have to. After all, I was talking about 'normal circumstances'.
This is not the case in March with young born in December. They will molt (not normal for birds in the spring) and pigeons that molt will not fly. Not in September and not in spring. Not around the loft and not on the prize list.
