🎊Exciting news! 🎊 I am officially bringing my sports mindfulness camp for young athletes (ages 13-18) looking to take there mindset in athletics to the next level!
AuthentiKFit’s Power Mindset Camp is a 4 hour intensive camp used to train the mindset and physical ability of any athlete. I coach athletes on the 4 mindfulness principles needed to take their performance to the next level. They will not only train their mind but learn how to use those skills to power their body physically and push past their limits.
Powered by Global Human Performance, I am excited to bring this to our growing athletes! Stay tuned for more information this week!

Gwen is amazing! For those of you that don’t know, Gwen was the first person I took on to train when I started almost 3 years ago now! We trained a few times a week and I really enjoy having her. She has learned and grown so much and so have I. I have had the honor of helping her as she steps into motherhood and a new stage of life.
COVID complicated a lot of things but I am still able to train her virtually and she has been doing an amazing job! She works hard and shows up everyday determined to get moving. It was important for both of us to be flexible and my number one priority is keeping her and her new baby safe and healthy. Gwen enjoys working out because it gives her peace of mind amidst everything that is going on and that’s what I always want to encourage others to do! Find your “why” and let it take you forward on your health and wellness journey.
They aren’t a lot of black female trainers out there that support and train women through their pregnancy so I only hope to help more women, of any color, feel more comfortable in their mind and body as they make this huge transition! Keep up the great work! 💚

Movement has been a part of my everyday life for as long as I can remember. Injured or not, I always have a desire to test my body in different ways and find new ways to enjoy exercise. It makes me happy when I try something new that is tough and I am able to make it to the end. This cycling class was ROUGH but I made it! Thank you Cycletique for challenging me.

My name is Khyla Freeman and I am a certified sports performance and fitness coach. I have played a variety of sports throughout my life and most of my expertise comes from my personal experience competing as an athlete. Since the name of my business is authentiKFit, I feel that it is important for me to be authentic with those I coach.
As part of my coaching, I utilize mindfulness techniques and pair them with physical exercises to create high performance and improvement. An experience with me is one of a kind and I bring unique tactics and skills into training every client or team I work with.
