Meet Jaci Hummel! One of our first WellSpring teachers, Jaci lived in the UAE for 4 years and has since taught elementary school in the United States and Uganda. We are so proud of the difference she is making in her community.

English is the common language in LifePlus schools, so why is it important to learn the local language?

Let's get to know Susan Phillips. Susan first started working with LifePlus at International School of Qingdao () in 2003 as a school nurse. She joined the Mobilization Support Team in 2008 and is a champion for our applicants as they walk through the process of working overseas. She is based in Austin, Texas.

Say hello to Brittany West, our Lead Applicant Liaison. Brittany joined LifePlus in 2016 and lives with her family in Georgia. She walks alongside our applicants as they go through the hiring process with LifePlus.

Introducing...Chad Heimer! Chad joined LifePlus in 2011 with Tianjin International School. Over the years, he held many roles...PE Teacher, Middle School Prinicpal, Special Needs Coordinator and Athletic Director. Most recently, he joined our Mobilization Support Team in 2023. You'll find Chad on the recruiting trail at colleges, universities and job fairs across the States as well as supporting our HomeTeam (former staff) and Alumni. Chad and his family currently live in Minnesota, USA.

Meet Justin Flint! He joined the LifePlus recruiting team in 2020 and is based in South Carolina. You'll find Justin at colleges and universities across the US as well as working with different organizations interested in mobilizing education professionals.

We'd like to introduce you to our Lead Recruiter, Tim Wong. Tim lives with his family in Toronto, Canada and has worked with LifePlus since 2019. He currently leads our team of recruiters based in North America. Have you met Tim on the road or on Zoom?
