Self-Care week one focus--create & share a go-to-good-mood playlist. What songs make you feel great? Get you pumped to take on the day? This week challenge yourself to create and share a feel good playlist. Play a song or two in class, incorporate music into your course(s) or maybe break out in karaoke! Regardless, it's Wednesday and celebrate the half-way point of the week.

I encourage you to share your playlists below. Let's party and spread some joy!
