STEM day at Hitchcock Elementary School concluded with using the scientific method with 4th Grade Hitchcock Elementary to predict which item is best to throw and catch off parachutes! Conclusion: deck rings & cones had the most catches! (Less bounce and they didn’t get stuck like bean bags.) We posed the question, made hypotheses, collected data, analyzed it, and made conclusions. We also talked about the controls and variables in our experiment, and how science is used all the time to find answers to our world! Millard Public Schools

This fantastic group of Fuel Up to Play 60 ambassadors and I had fun with our kickoff assembly Hitchcock Elementary School to talk about our upcoming at home family fitness challenge. Students challenged the teachers in some fun minute to win it games! Millard Public Schools
