Ok y'all spread the word... The official date of the 8th grade dance is Friday May the 3rd. We will need volunteers to help chaperone and a group to help clean up. I thought I would run it past you all about renting a photobooth it's about $400 to rent for the event or we could have possibly 2 selfie/group pic backdrops and people could take pics themselves and we could even have a tech savvy adult take the photos and the kids could text them to each other to share. Food wise we can find someone to cater the whole thing or we could do Chick-fil-A tenders or nuggets maybe a lavish charcuterie board, cheese, board, or a fruit platter and then an assortment of desserts. I was thinking Mrs. Hardison makes some of the best sweets around and she's an option to use. What are you all's thoughts?
