As the only full-time college counselor I was responsible for advising an average graduating class size of 300+ students through the college admissions process. Despite these odds, my students were admitted to institutions such as Cornell, the United States Naval Academy, Brandeis, Carleton, University of Miami, Bryn Mawr and many more. Every college/university should have a mailing list that you can sign-up for. Their e-mails typically include important deadlines, program and scholarship information, and much more!

Keep in mind, some campuses might still be closed to visitors.
