🌧ITS RAINING, ITS POURING🌧

Tomorrow’s session is going to be wet and wonderful, the forecast is predicting heavy rain for most of the day. The Forest offers some shelter but it’s expected to be wet and muddy so please ensure appropriate clothing is worn.

We will meet at the visitor centre just before 10 am to then walk to the Forest as a group.

The session is very laid back and will allow the children to independently move from one activity to another, if you’d like to bring snacks/lunch you can choose to eat this when is convenient for yourselves. The cafe is also open if required.

If you can also bring a large container such as a milk bottle filled with water for the mud kitchen. That will ensure we have plenty to go around.

I don’t not recommend fancy dress for this event due to campfire and costume fire regulations.

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

🌱🪵 SUMMER HOLIDAYS 🪵🌱

The plan was to do an all outdoor holiday club for children aged 5-11 to attend unattended!

Unfortunately this summer that’s not going to be possible with a few issues regarding insurances, ofsted and lots of other red tape and my own childcare requirements it’s just not possible this summer!

I’ve had so much interest in the holiday club and I’m really disappointed it’s not been possible for the summer! I’ve got my fingers crossed for October half term.

My plan is that throughout the summer we will do, Forest school family days for children of all ages to attend with their parents!
