She enlightened our students on the topic of “Leadership Development + Development Planning” in an interactive session, where she introduced the role of leadership and the necessity of designing effective development plans for nurturing leadership.

Ms. Priyanka emphasized the need for organizations to develop employees from a strategic viewpoint and its impact on organizational success. She encouraged the students to discuss why it is important to develop people, the importance of development plans, what happens if employees do not get a chance to develop, and who is responsible for employee development. JBIMS MHRD is thrilled to announce that Sayali Wase, Harsh Dudhawale and Shailly Vats have emerged as National Finalist at “Diverse Delights: Quest to Redefine Millet Consumption in India” conducted by Saarang-SIBM Pune.

The Diverse Delights competition challenged participants to develop a holistic strategy for True Elements, with the goal of increasing millet consumption in India and establishing True Elements as a prominent advocate. Emphasizing the historical overshadowing of millets by traditional staples, the competition evaluated participants across three rounds based on their proficiency in areas such as market analysis, communication, product innovation, partnerships, and collaboration.
