Had our first Annual Turkey Trot. Proud of everyone.

Had our first Spelling Bee. Proud to report our first place winner was Sham and second place was Annmaria. Proud of all of them.

Also I forgot to mention which ever feeder pattern wins, those teachers get to wear jeans the whole month of December. Right now our feeder pattern is winning (Poteet Pirates).

We had a busy week celebrating Bully Prevention week, plus a visit from the zoo and our first house ceremony of the year. Congrats to our Fourth Grade top earners Grace & Luke.

The State Fair of Texas will have sensory-friendly mornings on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. throughout the run of the fair.
Every Wednesday, activities and exhibits across the fairgrounds will be made easier on the eyes and ears to better accommodate individuals with sensory-related concerns.
