The waiver is a crucial step to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being during the event.

1) Download the LACCD Field Trip Waiver
2) Read and sign part A & B (C if you are not a part of a student club)
3) Reply to this email with your signed travel waiver

Note: If you are digitally signing the travel waiver make sure to sign the document A & C (If applicable) using Adobes signature tool.

Make sure to plan ahead! The following is our tentative itinerary for the day:

[11:00AM - 2:00pm]
Southside Park, Sacramento, CA:
This is the main meet up spot and where participants will gather. We anticipate signs, flyers, shirts etc. to be available.

[2:00pm]
Gather to begin march toward the California State Capitol.

[3:00pm - 4:30pm]
Arrive at the California State Capitol and kick off a spirited rally on the West Lawn featuring a lineup of inspiring
speakers.

[4:30pm - 5:00pm]
Participants begin to depart.
