We had so much fun at Jerry Ivey Park this morning! ☀️

Tomorrow (Monday) is our field trip to Jerry Ivey! We will be walking there! Please make sure your child wears tennis shoes and sunscreen! Don't forget to send a sack lunch in a bag that can be thrown away and doesn't need to stay cold! And don't forget a water bottle! We will NOT be playing in the splash pad since it is under construction! I can't wait for another exciting day! ☀️

Lots of fun at our Play Day stations this morning!

We took a trip to the beach (kind of!) and we have been busy doing all kinds of beach activities! We have played with kinetic sand, painted some watercolor surf board bookmarks, and lots of other fun beach activities... but our day is just getting started! 🏝️🐚🌊☀️

Last but not least.... our final VIP is Davin! We love having Davin in our class because he is kind, funny, and he isn't afraid to stand up for someone! We also celebrated Davin's summer birthday today! We hope Davin enjoyed his extra special day! 🌟

This morning we made our own Mickey/Minnie ears and completed Disney themed activities. After each activity we earned a ticket to a roller coaster! 🎢

Our VIP today was Kingsley! We are so glad Kingsley is in our class because he is new to Stewart this year but he is such a good friend! We also celebrated his summer birthday, so he had an extra special day! We hope he enjoyed his special VIP day and birthday! 🌟

Evelyn saved up her Dojo Points to buy a "Show and Tell" coupon! Today she showed us a magic trick and her Pokémon card collection!

Lindsay Radiel, Stewart Elementary, receives a 21st Century Grant for Reading and Math Intervention and enrichment supplies for 3rd-5th graders. Math students will be able to solve real-world problems through STEM while also practicing several math skills they have learned. We’re happy to help provide these supplies to assist our students!
