Important announcements & reminders:

- Those who are incomplete/INC in some/all subjects: The remedial exams are now over. If you still have not taken your remedial exam, or have not messaged your subject teachers about your status. I highly urge you to do so before the end of this week because this week will be our last week of school. It is up to your subject teacher on what their last task is for you.

- IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INC STUDENTS: You will have to repeat the subject again once you are in grade 12. Such subject/subjects will have to be PAID, so please... take this chance to message your subject teachers about your missing tasks.

- Your clearances have been signed! thank you so much to the officers, and ofcourse the Mayors of our advisories for leading the process to completion. I will just have it signed by the admins tomorrow.

- I have not been able to message you all because we lost our internet at school. I am terribly sorry for this.

- ENROLLMENT: I will be adding Mrs. Maribeth Tomakin (Our school registrar) and Mrs. Ana Marie Gillado (Our Program Coordinator) in our Advisory Groupchats, so that they will provide you with specific instructions on what will happen for your enrolment for GRADE 12.

- PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY OF YOUR GROUPCHATS because that will be utilized for your grade 12 subjects, so that the incoming new teachers won't have to create a new set of groupchats again.

- Since I will be leaving the school; I would like to say my farewells to you through a gmeet call on May 21, 2022.

The following sections will go to school for the given dates.
Since there is a huge number of INC, we have come to decide on the following:

APRIL 25- BENEVOLENCE, BRAVERY, CHARITY, CREATIVITY, DISCIPLINE

APRIL 26- GENEROSITY, JUSTICE, KINDNESS, LOYALTY, OPENNESS

APRIL 27- ACCOUNTABILITY, COMMITMENT, INNOVATION, EMPATHY, FRIENDSHIP

APRIL 28- PATIENCE, PERSEVERANCE, PRUDENCE, RESPONSIVENESS, SERVICE

APRIL 29- HOPE, HUMILITY, SOLIDARITY, LOVE, NOVELTY

I have sent the list of INC'S in our GC already. Please be responsible for coming to school on that day.

Your remedial exams are from 8:00AM-4:30PM. For those who have incomplete subjects in more than 4 subjects; I advise you to come to school EARLY.

A reminder to please review your modules 1-10 for your INC subjects.

Please bring at least 2 ball pens with you and a bottle of water. NO SNACKS ALLOWED.

1. TODAY is the final day for your to take your exams. The links are in our google classroom, and I have sent them in this gc as well. PLEASE TAKE THEM IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY.

2. Regarding your clearances: I will be handing out your clearances to our Class mayors in sections LOVE and NOVELTY(naks please select 2 other individuals to help you with this task.) The six of you have to come to school on APRIL 18 (Next week Monday), It would be best for you to come at 1PM, so that 1-5PM will be the time wherein you will get the papers signed. I will give you more specific instructions on how to get your clearances signed on the mentioned date.

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot proceed to grade 12 if you DO NOT get your clearances signed.

3. IF naay ma INC/Incomplete in any subjects: You have to take a remedial exam. That remedial exam will automatically give you a score of 75 flat no matter how beautifully you have answered your remedial questions, so please naks, as much as possible, do comply with all the tasks that you need to do.

4. The school will be CLOSED tmrw until this weekend in celebration of Holy week. 🙂

5. MODULAR STUDENTS: Your subject teachers will NO LONGER accept any modules AFTER APRIL 18TH. So, you may pass whatever you have answered today.

Goodmorning Loves & Novelties! Our latest update for your Final Examination is on APRIL 11, 12 & 13. Please be guided accordingly on those said dates.

For INC students in the 1st semester:
The student must submit all their requirements for their subjects before the mentioned dates, or else the student will have to take a removal exam for their INC subject/subjects.

Please know that ALL EXAM LINKS will be closed on APRIL 13TH. If a student cannot take the exam on time; they will have to take a removal exam as well.
