New Admission Begins For July 2025 sessions The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has begun the online registration process for admissions to its Online and Distance Learning (ODL) programmes for the July 2025 session. The last date to submit applications is July 15.

IGNOU Admission 2025: DEB ID mandatory for all applicants
As per the university’s latest notification, creation of a DEB ID is mandatory before submitting the IGNOU application form. The DEB (Distance Education Bureau) ID ensures that students enrolling in online or distance learning programmes are properly registered with Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) under the guidelines of the University Grants Commission.
