Would you believe me if I told you that I lost my passion for fitness?

Traveling across the US, meeting fitness professionals from all walks of life, and presenting at national conferences might tell you that I was living the good life right? But truth be told, I felt like a fraud. I asked myself every-time, why am I here? And while I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity I had, I needed to close that chapter of my life. So I did…but when one door closes, another opens.

If you guys remember way back in my teaching career, I used to teach a class called “PIYO.”and you all were obsessed with it! Well the company that PiYo was a part of closed it doors in 2019 and the brains behind PiYo (Michele) started her own company (during the panny btw) to be for instructors by instructors. I would take her sessions at the conferences and forgot how much I loved teaching that class!

Fast forward to August; I knew deep down that I needed to close the book on one part of my life but still wanted to grow as a fitness professional. Michele and I connected on a different levels because there were talks about me joining the squad. My goal has been from day one to be a leader for instructors in formats that I absolutely love! I want to teach future instructors formats that I taught and help them the best versions of themselves they can be!

Well I’m excited to finally announce that I am a Master Trainer for the SOUL Fitness Brands for the New England area and you can catch me at my first official training in 2023. ❤️ But first, you should come join me this Friday at Anchor 😉 (link in bio)
