Brief Introduction of China-ASEAN Construction Talent Training Base
Over the past 30 years, since the establishment of dialogue relations between China & ASEAN, they have developed into the most comprehensive, substantive, and mutually beneficial strategic partnership. The formal signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) marks the formal sailing of the free trade zone with the largest population, the largest economic and trade scale, and the most development potential in the world.
In order to fully build the China - ASEAN Architectural Vocational Education Exchange Platform, establish and improve the two-way communication between teachers and students and the international cooperation talent training mechanism between China and ASEAN, and accelerate the international construction of high-quality architectural courses in China, Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction (GXPC) and ASEAN cooperative colleges and universities jointly established the platform in November 2021 "China ASEAN Construction Talent Training Base" (hereinafter referred to as "the base"), as the forefront of international cooperation in Construction Vocational Education between China and ASEAN, the base has carried out a series of exchanges and cooperation in construction vocational education.
The base will become a platform for cooperation and exchange of construction vocational education with ASEAN vocational education peers, jointly cultivate construction professionals with international vision, provide talent support for regional economic construction and people's livelihood improvement, promote people's connection, and achieve common development.

Main functions:
Able to rely on the rich education and teaching resources of Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction, and able to provide architectural-related courses and skills training for ASEAN vocational colleges, students, and social people in an online and offline manner.
Able to organize academic seminars and international lectures, invite relevant academic authorities, excellent experts and scholars, industry, and enterprise representatives at home and abroad to carry out cross-border academic exchanges and cooperation, share cutting-edge knowledge, industry trends and research results in the construction field, and help the faster development of the construction industry in the region.
Able to carry out in-depth inter-school cooperation with cooperative colleges and universities by means of curriculum co-construction, credit mutual recognition, and joint scientific research, as well as to share the achievements of vocational education.
