The diplomacy of universality has a very powerful impact in geopolitics, because it collaborates with the aim of strengthening the social balance of each of all parties. She is aggressive when provoked and cooperative when there is mutual respect. it is an adaptive strategy not static.

The diplomacy of universality is a system that unites the majority and the opposition with regard to the national interest, this intervenes when the sovereignty of the territory is in danger or completely violated by external forces.

Diplomacy excludes the direct use of force.

Its mission is to show, through its results and its methods, that the use of violence in international relations can only be a last resort. It is for this reason that when one state declares war on another, diplomatic relations are severed. It is therefore possible to affirm that diplomacy is the art of managing international relations with peaceful means and having as a permanent objective the establishment of agreements to safeguard peace.

Diplomacy is therefore a matter of results but also of methods. It must make compatible the precise interests of political power with the requirements for peace in a peaceful manner, not without conflict, but without the use of violence. The crux of the matter is therefore not only the content of the dialogue between the parties but the fact that the parties have actually entered into a dialogue. It is diplomacy that produces this meeting, which specifies the conditions for negotiation, which can bring enemies together around the same negotiating table. For this a first requirement: to give the adversaries a common reason to dialogue. In other words: open perspectives, propose a project, provide meaning.

However, diplomacy is not autonomous in the face of the complexity of international relations: since these are so changing, the results of diplomacy, agreements, treaties, alliances, etc. are as fragile as the reality that allowed them to be established. They can last for years, they can also be adapted, changed or replaced, they can also be swept away overnight by the force of violence or war. Despite its failures, diplomacy has this legitimacy: by imposing reason instead of force as the preferred means of international relations, it is a factor of peace.

In a context of globalization, diplomacy performs an equally important function:

it shows each State that it is not alone in the world and that it cannot act without taking other States into account. Diplomacy helps states realize their interdependence. If it does not always make States more peaceful, it can make them more responsible and more united.

What is the theory of diplomatic universality?

Diplomatic universality can take the form of preventive diplomacy, because the objective is to renounce violence carried out by fi****ms in order to promote the ideology of world peace.

Originally in the old testament, violence was allowed to settle conflicts, diplomacy was considered a weak element, because in that time no kingdom had power over the other and no country could not harm the other country lest they suffer violence in return without reparation, through a principle that said (Evil for Evil and Good for Good).

Today in the 21st century we have several countries which have very sophisticated nuclear weapons, which can put the whole planet in danger, so diplomatic universality or preventive diplomacy is necessary in the current time to settle the various conflicts of interests between nations and individuals. Diplomatic universality is based on equality and mutual respect. The policy of universality overcomes the racial, cultural, National and ideological barrier, in this principle the whole country becomes one body.

Ukraine has just applied my diplomacy of universality without realizing it.

The diplomacy of universality applies not only at the international level but also at the national level. as I pointed out the other time, the diplomacy of universality is an element of dialogism that allows governments, peoples, the international community to come together in an extraordinary way to resolve a pervasive dispute in order to find a solution and act on that basis. Ukraine, by calling on its citizens to defend its territory, sends a strong message. Thanks to this cohesion, several eminent Ukrainian personalities came from all over to fight on the battlefield.

The opponents as well as the majority have come together to fight the enemy in their territory, long live the diplomacy of universality and long live peace in Ukraine
