"The election of officers shall take place annually in the last month of the school year. The CSPEAR Elections Committee (COMELEC) is authorized by the College Dean to conduct an equitable, truthful, and transparent election for this upc program. Members of CSPEAR COMELEC are not permitted to associate with organizations, as stated in Article XVII, Section 8 of the Constitution and the Rules of the College of Sports, Physical Education, and Recreation.

CSPEAR Student Council Election is annually held and falls on every first month of the school year under the College of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation constitution and by-laws pursuant to Article XII, Section 1 which states that “Election of officers shall be held annually every first month of the school year.”

We, the CSPEAR Commission on Election (COMELEC) are recognized by the College Dean to conduct a fair, honest, and systematic election for this upcoming CSPEAR Election 2022.

As stipulated in the Constitution and by-laws, CSPEAR COMELEC members shall not be affiliated with any organization.
