Please be aware that our pickup procedure is in place for the health and safety of all the children at our summer camps. Staff cannot dismiss any child without speaking to and seeing the person that is doing the pickup!

If there is another family member ie grandparents or babysitters doing the pickups can you please make them aware of these procedures also.
Children cannot just leave our care when they see a person they know, they must wait until they come to the top of the queue and then a member of staff will dismiss them for the day. This is the safest way for us to ensure that they have went home with who they are supposed to.

Morning everyone,
Our first summer camp kicks off on Monday morning at 10am.

Here’s some information:
- In order to avoid allergies, each child should bring their own lunch with them each day.
- If your child requires any medicine, please bring it with you on Monday & inform the staff of any information they may need.
- Activities will be indoors and outdoors so please make sure little ones are dressed appropriately (sun-cream or raincoats depending on the weather).
- Camp finishes at 2pm everyday, the front door of the building will be locked to ensure safety and will be opened around 1:55pm in order for parents to come upstairs and collect their child. - It is a cash payment on Monday for the remaining balance ( as deposits have already been paid).

If there is any other information that you need just send me a DM but if you received a confirmation text then you are good to go for Monday morning.

Newry Summer Camp are now taking applications for our two exciting summer camps that will be taking place this summer in the Thomas Davis Hub, Newry!

There are two dates available for this amazing summer camp experience:

8th- 12th July 2024 ☀️
and
15th -19th July 2024. ☀️

The price of the camp is £65 per child per week, (however if needed you can book individual days also).
In order to apply for your child's place we will need a £10 deposit.

Some of the amazing activities that your child will be taking part in will be Art & craft, football, Lego club, outdoor games, science experiments & yoga, baking etc.

The numbers of the camp are kept small in order to have a more personal and manageable environment for all of the children and staff. We will be in touch via a confirmation message to let you know if your child has been given a place. The children who can apply for a place are those between 4 and 9 years old. 😌

We will be running 2 amazing summer camps this year in July. Week 1 is the 8th of July and Week 2 is the 15th of July. ⛱️

One of the only major changes this year is that we have reduced the age range. It is now only for children 4 to 9 years old.

The link for places will be posted on Monday evening and you will receive a text if your child has been successful with a place.

We were completely over subscribed last year so please be patient with us! There will be waitlist options available also for both camps 😌

We have so many amazing things planned for our two camps and we can’t wait! ☀️
