Texas Beekeeper's Association State Fair Booth & Creative Arts Show

Tonight is the VIP night. Our girls our dressed in their best yellow and black outfit to head down to the State Fair of Texas. My dad will be there to educate the VIPs on the importance of honey bees and the renovated booth will help them educate on the importance of knowing your beekeeper provided by Real Texas Honey and Texas Beekeepers Association. Looking forward to hearing good things from our volunteers. We still have a few slots available if you still want to volunteer to help out at the booth.

Almost ready for Friday. Putting the final touches on the booth, will add the honey, bring the observation hive, and show it off to the VIPs on Thursday.

The 2024 State Fair of Texas is almost here and the dates are Sep 27th to Oct 20th. We are looking forward to an exciting year and we will be in the same location in the GO TEXAN pavilion (behind the right side of Southwest Dairy). We have upgraded the center section of the booth with a tv display to promote Real Texas Honey and local beekeepers. We are moving to a more educational booth display. The Texas Department of Agriculture has moved us to better showcase the wonderful world of honey and honeybees. We have received several jars of honey to add to the booth, but we still have plenty of room to display your honey.
