Our little chefs had a blast today in the mud kitchen! It’s more than just messy play - it’s a world of exploration and learning. Here are some of the amazing benefits of mud kitchen play:

Creating recipes and stories boosts their imaginative skills.

DIY Mud Kitchen at Home:

1. Set up: Create a small outdoor area with old pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.

2. Mixing Station: Provide soil, water, and safe natural materials like leaves and sticks.

As part of our learning on citrus fruits the children made some delicious orange flavour scones! In addition to being great fun, baking is a brilliant activity to help with fine motor skills and cognitive development.
