Sooooo proud of new ACHIEVER, Clare McGree. This amazing woman completed her 1st marathon ever in a very short training time by being extremely diligent in following her program to a T! Here’s to training smart and kicking ass!

Not only did she qualify for IMWC in Nice 2024 but also for legacy in Hawaii 2025.
Debby PR’d her Ironman triathlon time at the age of 62!!!
It didn’t come easy. Debby’s consistency & perseverance over years has paid off because she NEVER gave up.
We kept tweaking her fitness and training to maximize her performance. I’m so honored to be Debby’s coach and excited for the next 2 years of fabulousness!

67th marathon for ACHIEVER Debby Fry and 5th marathon for her daughter Natalie (who’s only 22 years old). These amazing women prove that you can do ANYTHING at ANY age!
Super proud of ACHIEVE client for finishing her first 50k at the Cascade Super Ultra. We worked through some physical challenges but got her to the finish line like a champion!
This may look easy, but guaranteed there’s a reason I’m using 3lb weights… these pack a punch! This is a good exercise to film yourself doing so you can watch your form and make correct as needed. Or feel free to send me a video of you doing it and I can offer tips.
Zone 3, AKA the “grey zone”, is what I call the instant gratification zone.
But it’s like eating all the bread in the basket and then wondering why you’re too full for dinner. Too much of the wrong thing fills you up but doesn’t allow you to truly feel your best.
So beyond proud of - super star ACHIEVER! Kelly has overcome 2 years of life-altering challenges, never losing her determination to return to racing Ironman. Her smiles say it all and now she’s ready to rock at the 70.3 world championships in Finland just a few weeks from now.

Single leg deadlifts are a full posterior chain exercise but adding this little tweak really targets the outer glute muscles (gluteus medius) which is often weak/not firing well.

I love substituting a stability ball for a bench in exercises like these. Much more challenging and functional for real life.
Be sure to slightly bear down in your abs while simultaneously slightly squeezing the shoulder blades so you don’t “dump” into your lower back.
