Tomorrow is our Easter Carnival for K-2 Students! (Apologies that the incorrect date was sent home with students today).

We have attached a timetable to show when your child will be participating in each activity.

We invite students to wear their house colours and ask that they bring a soft toy from home to complete the teddy bear race. Please ensure soft toys are labelled with your child's name.

We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow to cheer on our early years students!

Dear families,
We are deeply sorry that we need to postpone tomorrow’s Easter Carnival.
To ensure the carnival is run safely we will be postponing until Thursday 4th April (next week).
We understand that many of you have organised to take time off work and for this we are sincerely apologetic.

This Thursday from 9.30-11am is our Easter Carnival for Kinder – Grade 2 students. Family and friends are invited to attend and sausages will be available at the conclusion of the carnival. Students will be participating in their class groups, but are invited to wear house colours if they wish. Our focus for the Easter carnival is participation and having fun!

This Friday, the 8th of March, we will be holding our athletics carnival for Year 3-6 students. Parents are invited to attend from 9:30am with the carnival concluding at 12:30pm. If you have your WWVP card and would like to volunteer on the day, please come and speak with Miss P or the office staff. Make sure your child has appropriate clothing and footwear for the day - we would love to see students representing their house in house colours. We hope to see you there to support our athletes on the day!

We are moving this afternoon’s BBQ to outside the GP room to keep everyone dry.

Don’t forget to drop in to the welcome back BBQ this afternoon (Tuesday) at 2:45pm in the LiL playground.

Launching into Learning (LiL) at JRLF Herdsmans Cove Primary School will be held each Monday during term time from 9am (commencing 19 Feb) in the LiL classroom and playground.

LiL is for bubs and kids up to the age of five. It is also completely free to access!

Attending LiL is a great opportunity to get to know your local school, local community members and organisations.

Come along on Monday 19 February to meet our LiL teachers - Mr Howard, Miss Sutton and Alana. They're super excited to meet everyone.

Not only will you give your child the best possible start but there will be some great rewards and prizes on offer throughout the year to families attending our LiL and Kinder Gym sessions.

Kinder Gym will be held on Friday mornings starting at 9am beginning 23 February. We will have some exciting news about this soon.

Head over and like our Herdsmans Cove Primary Launching into Learning page for updates.

We are very excited to see you all back at school tomorrow. Staff have been working very hard to set up some amazing learning spaces.
We will be having a welcome bbq for all families on Tuesday afternoon (13th) at 2:45pm in the LiL playground. We are all looking forward to seeing you there.
