Our goal is to improve EFL teaching in large primary and kindergarten classes. We offer articles, workshops, observations and teaching resources.

Hi there! My name is Will and I'm an American living in Vietnam. I have 10 years of experience teaching EFL to young learners and very young learners in Asia. At first I was a poorly trained teacher who struggled in the classroom. I couldn't find the concepts I needed to help me on-line and I didn't have access to teaching books. Over the years I eventually got trained and I've also gotten the opportunity to manage, observe and train more than a hundred teachers, most of whom were in the first years of their teaching career. Observing hundreds of lessons, providing feedback, and helping solve teaching problems was an invaluable experience for me. In the last few years I've focused on working in public primary schools and kindergartens with large classes of 20 to 45 students. These environments can be really challenging for new teachers - they were for me! Helping new teachers has been incredibly valuable to me because I feel I've helped tens of thousands of students through them. Now I want to share my knowledge across a wider audience. I'll be posting daily teaching tips as well as developing workshops for teachers located in Ho Chi Minh city. As time goes by I hope to make teaching and learning English a better experience for even more people. I've seen the power of great English skills in my personal life and I've also felt the joys of teaching a great lesson. Please help me in my quest to spread teaching skills by liking, sharing, and commenting on my posts with your ideas, suggestions and questions. Thanks!

Mission: Our mission is to provide practical teaching tips and training for new English teachers in public primary schools and kindergartens.
