The happiness on their faces and the sound of bliss in their voices show how much kids enjoy being able to play and engage with friendships in their community looking for “Easter Eggs”. Do you know that most of the time, school and community playgrounds are the foundation of friendships that last for years? Long-lasting friendships are not the only benefit of play and playgrounds.

Increased self-esteem, improved collaboration skills, enhanced critical thinking skills, and a strengthened immune system are just some of the high-level benefits children gain by being able to play.

Our Angel Kiddies are excited in their jammies. Kids just wanna have fun! See you there!

Visual Memory Game - The ability to remember what we see is important to process short-term memory into long-term memory. Visual memory is necessary for most academic tasks, including reading, spelling, reading comprehension, math and copying from a board to a notebook. When a child has poor visual memory, school can become difficult.

Easter Fun Day - With Teacher Reyna

Watch how children play games and you'll be surprised by the competitiveness, sometimes into cheating (ho ho ho). Kids under this age generally don't attach any moral value to cheating. They're just playing. And the kids they're playing with often won't hold a grudge. Kids between these ages, however, will get a bit more sneaky with their cheating -- quietly taking an extra turn in a game or purposely miscounting when moving a playing piece across a board.

We have to take this into consideration, explain and teach them the proper way of playing games. Children who will develop a habit of bending rules, can eventually damage the relationship with their peers. The feeling of inadequacy or under performance and doing something wrong just to win, should not be tolerated. Be aware!

🤔Playing memory games can improve other brain functions, such as attention, concentration, and focus. 🙄Memory games give space to critical thinking and that helps children nurture their attention to detail. 😳Memory games can improve visual recognition.

Teaching your child how to ask for a turn, how to wait, and how to take turns is a learning experience. When children are not forced to share, the end result is a child who learns patience and empathy and one who will be able to handle more emotionally complex situations as they grow older.

Featured kindergarten story for this week:
🍭🍬🍭🍡🍬 I LIKE MYSELF🍭🍬🍭🍡🍬

I Like Myself! is a children's book about a young girl, illustrated in the front of the cover, who likes everything about herself. She is happy about the way she looks, even when she looks messy. She does not care what anybody else says, because she likes herself just the way she is right now. As you can see she likes her self because she is who she is! We are all born with our own uniqueness. We all have different fingerprints, appearance, personality, face, hairstyle, and etc., and being different from others is what makes each and one of us beautiful. I Like Myself motivates the reader to value yourself and to love yourself as who you are, because you are born to be loved! Just like the young girl in I Like Myself says, "There's no one else I'd rather be," we should all be pleased with the way we look and with every little part of our body inside and out.

Quy tắc vàng trong và ngoài lớp học.

Golden rules are a set of rules that establish shared experiences for your children that help them to understand how they should be behaving. Having established rules will help you to manage behavior in your children as well as create a positive space for them to learn and grow. Displaying it on our bulletin board will help you have a clear and easy set of our classroom rules for your children to follow. Have a glance and hope for your support to continue reminding them to follow all the time.

Bend and twist these pipe cleaners into different shapes. They are easy enough to handle for small fingers, so even the youngest children can take part in the action.

In addition, you can help children learn to share by praising, sharing and providing them with opportunities to practice. They learn to control their emotions and see different perspectives.

Working buttons on clothing is a challenge. This task requires good visual attention, coordinated two-handed skills, and the cognitive skills of solid planning and sequencing. No wonder buttoning is difficult for children to master.

Calling all the attention of parents to support us in this activity. Let’s help our kids enjoy the fun of buttoning shirts in our home. Encourage them to practice on their own, let them do it and help them practice the art of problem solving.

World Autism Awareness Day celebrates the resilience of those affected by the disorder and supports causes that promote awareness of it. Children in schools are educated about autism and encouraged to be accepting of it.

More Hands-on Activities.

Learning a second language is an art. When combined with reading, writing, speaking and listening, art can open doors to high levels of analysis and also challenge students to explore their surroundings and thus find ways for sophisticated understanding and communication. Familiarizing students with the arts is an enjoyable part of authentic learning.

ENGLISH CLASS: Listening Skills

Listening is one of the most important skills for primary school children to master, but it doesn’t always come easily, especially in the early years of school. But with a bit of work like coloring worksheets, you can help your child develop their listening ability, with knock-on improvements in their achievement at school.

Teacher Trinh’s Ruby Angel activities for tthe week!

Did you know that using hands-on activity is one of the BEST ways kids can learn? Research shows that children who learn through practical teaching methods perform better at school than those who do not. This is why we use many practical activities for children which are fun and engaging. We enjoy teaching with all different kinds of learning materials to bring learning to LIFE!

ENGLISH CLASS: Teaching critical art vocabulary. Critical art vocabulary words are words and concepts you wish students would always remember in your lesson.

Fine Motor Skills (3-5 years old)

“We use fine motor skills to make small movements. These movements come so naturally to most people that we usually don’t think about them. Fine motor skills are complex, however. They involve the coordinated efforts of the brain and muscles, and they’re built on the gross motor skills that allow us to make bigger movements." (

Kinder Class (5-6 years old)

A kindergarten curriculum is based on learning experiences using fun activities. Children are naturally interested in their environment and the school structure in kindergarten. Our school is focused on the teachings that help introduce them to new ideas.

Hand-eye coordination is one of the most important parts of the learning process. It helps your child track the movements of their hands with their eyes, which is essential for reading and decoding.

Preschool science students should be encouraged to explore everything about the world around them. Children learn science through trial and error. They need time to experiment, try things out, and think on their own. Wait before jumping in with "correct" answers. Give your child the time and space to explore and discover on her own.

Coloring and drawing both help kids improve fine motor skills. They also train the brain to focus.🥕🥕🥕🥕

We are Learning the Basics of Good Health!

Our eyes are our windows to the world. Yet, we start abusing them from a very early age by indulging in activities such as reading in low light or rubbing them to get relief from irritation.

Nutritional deficiencies also play a role in causing a deterioration in eye health by giving rise to diseases. In fact, poor nutrition is a leading cause of cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.

Taking a cue from this, we can understand that good nutrition from childhood can help in preventing and retarding the progression of several eye diseases. It is recommended that an individual should take five servings of fruits and vegetables, and two servings of nuts every day along with fish at least two days a week for healthy eyes.

Teaching kids to eat well can be tricky. You don’t want to give them more facts than they can grasp or turn every meal into a lecture. Kids need to know that every food they put into their bodies affects them.

Photos from Angel Kids Kindergarten's post 01/03/2022

We use our eyes to see our surroundings and to see colors and to read books. Our eyes can give us a great deal of information to think about.

Many children are visual learners. In fact, researchers found that children understand information better when it’s presented or demonstrated to them. This is why it’s necessary to take care of their eyes as early on as possible.
