Good day..is there any procedures in place as yet for the form 5 students to do class on line during this extended school closure?

The Emmanuel High School, Mesopotamia was founded by Dr. John Parmenus Eustace, affectionately known as Doc, in May, 1963. The Mission Statement of the Emmanuel High School, Mesopotamia:

UWI Seismic Research Centre

The UWI-SRC has received reports of activity in St Vincent that may be related to La Soufriere volcano. We are currently monitoring the situation in collaboration with local authorities and an update will be provided shortly. The public is advised to not visit the volcano until a further update is provided. The UWI-SRC and the National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO) are the official sources of information on earthquake and volcanic activity in St Vincent & the Grenadines.

Tomorrow we officially turn on the lights at Emmanuel high school grounds at 6:30. As you come to support us we ask you to leave a contribution at the gate, this contribution will help to assist the *feed ah family* program that was started three years ago. This program helps feed some less fortunate students at our school during the Christmas season.
Come out and have fun with us as we turn the school ground into a Christmas wonder land!

The SVGCC will be hosting a Facebook Live session on Wednesday 14th August 2019 beginning at 2:00 p.m. This session will cover the application process for the Division of Arts Sciences and General Studies (DASGS) and the Division of Technical and Vocational Education (DTVE).

Glen Learning Centre

The APPLICATION PERIOD for the Glen Learning Centre's 2019/2020 Programme is NOW OPEN until Friday, August 9, 2019 for applicants ranging from age 15 to 30. Application forms are to be completed in Kingstown at the Adult & Continuing Education's main office on the 3rd floor of the building next to the SOL gas station on back street.

Each Applicant would do TWO skills. The skills are presented in two categories and each applicant is required to choose ONE skill from each.

Category A Skills:
Building Construction - Carpentry & Joinery
Garment Construction & Design
Food & Beverage Preparation
Basic Computer Repairs
Screen Printing

Category B Skills:
Tie Dye/Straw Weaving
Bamboo Craft
Pottery

Business Skill and Social Skills will also be a compulsory part of the programme. Please note that CXC CSEC and CCSLC courses will not be offered

St. Vincent & the Grenadines has been placed under a Storm Watch due to the approaching tropical storm, Kirk. We are expected to be impacted during the course of today with storm like conditions - strong, gusty winds, unusually heavy rainfall and possible flash flooding. As a precautionary measure, the Ministry of Education has advised that ALL schools must remain closed today, Thursday, September 27, 2018.
Please be advised accordingly.
