The Center for Community Empowerment is a non- profit, Step up to Quality One Star rated day care facility serving the Mahoning and Trumbull County.
CCE Daycare provides child care services for parents that have children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old. Our 3 to 5 year olds are in a preschool classroom learning all the basic needs to get ready for kindergarten by our Early Learning Childhood Education Teacher. We have certified Staff with experience in Early Childhood Education; others with a Child Development Associate (CDA) in child development, and others with years of child develop training.

Good morning CCE family and friends. Due to the rapid decline in our attendance, directly attributed to the Coronavirus, CCE will be shutting down until Youngstown City Schools reopen. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to our parents. We had every intention on staying open to serve you for as long as we could, however we understand the precautions you as parents have to take when it comes to your children. We will keep you update if any changes occur. Please stay safe and God Bless.
There will be a Diaper give away TODAY 4/3/19, hosted by Bodaciously Made Ministry, at CCE 1420 Dogwood Lane, Youngstown, OH 44511 inside of Rockford Village (Kimmelbrooks) in the gym, from 12-2 pm. MEDICAL CARDS ARE REQUIRED TO RECEIVE DIAPERS.
