Welcome, Maddie Root! The Youngstown State Soccer midfielder recently transferred from Pitt and played for Ephrata H.S. where she had 55 goals & 49 assists. She earned 1st Team All-League 2x, Big 11 team & All-State selection. Maddie played club for Rage Soccer Club & was a 3x United States Youth Soccer (US Youth Soccer) training center regional invitee.
Macey Wierenga of Oakland Women's Soccer received the Nike Offensive Player of the Week award while Zeeyana Jivraj of Youngstown State Soccer was awarded Nike Defensive Player of the Week.
