Van Halen 09/22/1978 10/20/2020

Imagine you show up to a Black Sabbath show in 1978 and you see there's an opening band with a weird name that you don't recognize called Van Halen. And then you witness this insanity! Greatest American rock band ever. Fun fact: Five of the Billboard top 10 for 1978 were Beegees or Andy Gibb songs. This video blows me away every time I see it.

Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to let everyone know that Three Pugs Creamery is now open for business. We had our first day opening yesterday on the 9th and it went better than we could have imagined. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and we couldnt be more pleased! If you are in the mood for some great Ice Cream, Gelato, or Soft Serve stop by anytime. We would love to see you!

Hello Everyone!!
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who submitted an application or spread the word about Three Pugs Creamery and its job openings. The response was incredible and the applicants were equally impressive.
While we wish we could hire everyone, we had a small amount of spots to fill and we have finished filling them at this time. We will hold onto applications for those we could not fit on the team and refer back to them once positions become available in the future. We appreciate your interest in Three Pugs Creamery and we hope to see all of you when we finally get our doors open. Thank You!

Hello Everyone!

We are very excited about the overwhelming response that we have gotten regarding our post for job openings at Three Pugs Creamery.

Due to the high volume of applications that are coming in, we are asking all interested candidates to submit job applications by Wednesday, July 29, 2020.

Thank you all for your interest, and we look forward to seeing/meeting you!

Hi Everyone! As some of you may know, my wife and I are starting an Ice Cream Shop next door to the Music Box. It will be called "Three Pugs Creamery". I wanted to get the message out to my customers that we are now accepting employment applications. Please inquire at [email protected] for additional information! Stay tuned for a Three Pugs Creamery website and social media page. I hope everyone is having a great and healthy summer.

Hi Everyone,
Having initially thought about opening on Memorial Day we have decided that probably doesn't make much sense. We are going to open up on Tuesday the 26th with our regular store hours. Masks will be required and lessons will only be available virtually for the time being. Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day and we will see you soon!

The Music Box in-store lessons restarting dat ... - StrawPoll 05/18/2020

Ahh the moving goal posts continue to shift! It looks like we are now going to be able to open on May 25th. We will open the store as soon as we are allowed to do so however lessons will continue to be "virtual" only until we decide we can safely restart in store lessons. Please check this link for a poll that allows us to get your input on when we should restart lessons. With more people participating in the poll we can get a clearer picture! Thank you all so much for your patience and kind emails through this difficult time and we look forward to seeing all of you very soon!

I am here in the shop most days so feel free to email or leave a message if you need to reach me at any time.

The Music Box in-store lessons restarting dat ... - StrawPoll 05/12/2020

Hi Everyone,
At this point we are planning on opening the store on the 18th. However, we will not be starting right up with in-store lessons. We are trying to get a feel for when people will be comfortable starting up with in-store lessons again. Obviously this could all change again but just trying to get a pulse for where you are all at. If you are able, I would like you to fill out the straw-poll I've linked below. It's very easy to do and will take about 10 seconds. Thanks again and hope to see all of you soon!

Greetings Everyone!
Hope you are all doing well and staying healthy. It looks like the state just declared the new opening day as 5/18. We will be planning on opening that day unless the date is pushed back further.

With school being out and being stuck at home for even longer, let us know if you are interested in Virtual lessons during the lockdown. We have been offering virtual classes since this all started and they have been going very well! Its as easy as a Facetime call in many cases. Give the store a call or shoot us a message if you are interested!

Thanks everyone and hopefully things will return to normal soon.

Tim and Chris

Hi Everyone,
Ok, so hopefully this is the last virus update we need to do. We will be closed until May 4th. Hopefully at that point we will be open for business. Stay safe and healthy everyone and we look forward to seeing you all soon!

Tim and Chris

Hello folks! The music box will be closed until 4/7/20 in accordance with the governor’s announcement this morning. We hope everyone is staying safe and we will see you all very soon!!!

Hi Everyone,
Hope you are all doing well and staying safe! The store will be closed again this week from March 23rd - March 28th. I will update again next weekend as to how things are looking in April. Some of our teachers are going to be starting up with Video meeting (Skype, Facetime, etc) lessons. If they are offering them we will contact you this weekend to see if we can get something set up for this week. Not only is this a great time for our students to be playing their instruments for a creative outlet, but it might also be nice to get a little bit of a return to normalcy! Thank you all and we are looking forward to seeing you all again soon!

Hi Everyone! Ok, so the situation has changed. With all the uncertainty and possibility of spreading the virus we are going to close up the store for this entire week 3/16 - 3/21. We will reassess at the end of the week in regards to the following week. Please stay safe and play your instruments to pass the time! Keep your eyes on this page as well as your email or the store phone for updates. Thank you!

Hi Everyone,
We wanted to shoot out a quick message to everyone in regards to the coronavirus. At this point we are still planning to be open for business and will be having lessons. Obviously this is a fluid situation so we will be keeping everyone up to date as the situation either worsens or gets better. We do understand the health risks and we are taking every possible precaution to keep The Music Box as safe as we can. We are having all students utilize hand sanitizer that we have on hand and we are having our staff clean the rooms and instruments after each lesson. With the classes being one on one, we have a much easier time keeping things under control. With that being said we ask that any students who are feeling ill skip their lesson and let us know. Please don't hesitate to call if you have any questions and we will let you know when and if their are any changes to report! Thank you!

Hi everyone! Just a quick message that we are indeed open for lessons today! Look forward to seeing everyone!

Hey everyone, just wanted to give you guys a head quick heads up if you’re coming for lessons today on Tuesday, May 14. There is some construction going on on route 1A so give yourself an extra 15 to 20 minutes to get here. It will probably clear up after five or 6 o’clock.

Hey folks, hope everybody’s getting dug out from the storm! Just wanted to send out a quick message that we ARE going to be open for lessons today. Roads are actually pretty clear and as long as you can get dugout it should be an easy journey over here to the store! Give us a call if you have any problems. We could try to reschedule you to another day this week if you are stuck.

Hi everyone, luckily I haven’t had to do this very often this year but, we will be closed due to the snow today. We will be reopening tomorrow on Wednesday. Hope everyone has a safe night and will see you all soon!

Hi everyone, just a quick note that we have lost power at the store. The whole center of Wrentham seems to be down with no eta on the repair. We are closing up early tonite. We have several customers who will be coming in for lessons but I’m unable to reach them since my computer went down. Apologies and we will be back in action tomorrow!!

Hello everyone! Here we go again! We will be closed for the day tomorrow. Planning on being open for business again on Wednesday. Stay warm and safe!

Hello everyone, hope you all survived the storm! We will be open for lessons this afternoon. Give us a call if you have any problems getting over here otherwise we will plan on seeing you later on. Thanks!

Well, it looks like we basically made it through the evening. Snow just seems to be starting up right now so we should be good for the rest of the night. I will keep you updated on how things are looking for tomorrow’s lessons. Depending on how much snow we get and how much effect it has on the roads by mid afternoon will determine how we proceed. Stay tuned and stay safe if you are out and about!

Hi everybody! Things are still looking good here at the store. Supposedly, according to the weather Channel, it’s supposed to be snowing right now. However, I’m looking outside and all we have is a little bit of rain. We will keep updating on here as things get messier. As of right now, lessons are still good to go.

Thanks again for your patience!

OK! It’s time for another”non-announcement” announcement regarding weather......

We are still trying to assess what the weather is going to be like tonight. I’m hearing that we will have snow starting between 4 o’clock and 5 o’clock possibly. But it could also be a mix or rain. Please stay tuned for more information. I will post as soon as I know more. At this point we are thinking we will probably have lessons at the beginning of the day and wind up canceling somewhere around 5. Thank you for your patience!
