Meet Xiao, a learner at this weekโ€™s Adult Education spotlight partner, ! Her journey at RIRAL began in 2015 when she enrolled in ESL classes. After discussing future goals, Xiao realized that if she wanted more than a job, she needed to earn a high school diploma and go to college. The program staff at RIRAL not only helped her overcome her self doubt, they also encouraged Xiao to study for and earn her GED and eventually enroll in RIRALโ€™s Transition to College program with CCRI. In May 2022, Xiao will finish her Associateโ€™s degree and begin her career as a Medical Laboratory Technician! Congrats to you Xiao!!
